1Obtain the application: the Facility Request form is available for download and at the Depot upon request. A non-refundable deposit holds the date for you. The deposit is equal to half of the first hour's rent or $100 (whichever is more). The balance is due 90 days prior to the event.
2Complete the application: complete the Facility Request and submit it to us. Once we receive your form, we will check availability and contact you. Your reservation cannot be finalized until we receive this form and the deposit by check or money order made out to GLCF..
